Talented and inspirational, you will play a part in the development and delivery of our food offering, including restaurant cooking, running various experiences and events.  This role will link with all aspects of the business and be a key contributor to the narrative and estate ethos.

Key Result Areas
Deliver exceptional quality food experiences to our guest
Manage the kitchen, including supplies and staffing
Catering supplier and contractor liaison
Management of temporary / seasonal catering staff
Budget awareness
Ensure that all food offerings and preparation methods and areas comply with current Environmental Health requirements and that adequate records are maintained
Promote, develop and protect the Belmont brand across all channels

Experience
Experience in a similar role delivering exceptional quality food experiences
Creating and costing menus
Statutory record keeping
Managing ad hoc and agency staff
Cooking with fire
Whole carcass butchery
Guest interaction and presentation
Experience working in an aspirational, growing, rapidly evolving business

Skills
Broad range of genuinely outstanding cooking skills
Commercial awareness and ability to manage a budget
