Talented and inspirational, you will play a part in the development and delivery of our food offering, including restaurant cooking, running various experiences and events.  This role will link with all aspects of the business and be a key contributor to the narrative and estate ethos.

Key Result Areas

  • Deliver exceptional quality food experiences to our guest
  • Manage the kitchen, including supplies and staffing
  • Catering supplier and contractor liaison
  • Management of temporary / seasonal catering staff
  • Budget awareness
  • Ensure that all food offerings and preparation methods and areas comply with current Environmental Health requirements and that adequate records are maintained
  • Promote, develop and protect the Belmont brand across all channels

  • Experience in a similar role delivering exceptional quality food experiences
  • Creating and costing menus
  • Statutory record keeping
  • Managing ad hoc and agency staff
  • Cooking with fire
  • Whole carcass butchery
  • Guest interaction and presentation
