We're seeking an individual to join the team on a fixed contract; initially 10-months but with the possibility to extend to permanent as the business is fast growing.

We're looking for someone with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an office environment, with excellent written and verbal skills and the confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

The ultimate candidate will likely be proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook), appropriate IT systems, and have experience working for a family. They would also have previous experience in process management, ideally working under ISO QMS and / or EMS, but training will be provided if not.

We're looking for someone highly organised, pragmatic, and results-focused, but most importantly, you'll demonstrate a strong alignment with Belmont's core pillars; Community, Nature, and Climate.

As the organisation enters the next growth phase with additional sites across the UK, we are looking for someone to support with day-to-day administrative and project tasks within the Belmont office and wider estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform gap analysis on the business against ISO 9001 (QMS) requirements
  • Create and update process documentation for ISO 9001 systems, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Ensure processes adhere to relevant regulations and standards
  • Communicate process changes and updates to stakeholders
  • Work with various departments and individuals to ensure smooth process execution
  • Provide training and support to users on new or updated processes
  • Help attain ISO 9001 certification
  • Following ISO 9001 certification, gap analysis for ISO 14001 (EMS)
  • Assisting with cyber essentials (plus) & GDPR
  • Reception duties (shared with our admin team) including answering phones, welcoming visitors and contractors, preparing meetings, receiving and sending mail
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients and suppliers over the phone and in person
  • General administration including supporting departments alongside the admin team

Interview Stage:

  • We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, with initial recruitment ongoing for approximately four weeks. We will be interviewing candidates throughout the application process and will shorten this if the right candidate appears early in the process.
  • Candidates selected for interviews will go through 1-2 stage interviews depending on the quantity of applications.
  • We will begin with an introductory Teams call before conducting in-person interviews at our Belmont Estate Office.
