We are all of those, but we are so much more too. Belmont beef comes from our own ‘closed herd’ of they feed only on what grows here.
Our Red Ruby cattle are 100% grass-fed for their entire lives and slowly grown until they naturally reach maturity at around 28 - 30 months old.
We air dry our meat in our own butchery using Himalayan salt. We don’t stop at 28 days but continue to at least 56 days. The extended ageing means that you get a rich and intense flavour and wonderfully textured beef.
