We’re kicking off our brand-new Feasts series across the summer with a bold and brilliant BBQ collaboration you won’t forget.
For our first edition, we’re teaming up with Big Nath’s BBQ for a long, lazy summer lunch that celebrates the best of regenerative farming, wood-fired BBQ mastery, and seasonal produce, all in the heart of our rewilded landscape at Belmont.

Expect a feast of smoke and flame-grilled dishes using the finest Belmont-reared meats and locally grown produce, all infused with the bold, unmistakable flavour of Big Nath’s signature style.

Enjoy craft drinks, scenic views, and a true celebration of sustainable, seasonal eating. Whether you’re a BBQ lover, a food sustainability enthusiast, or just looking for an unforgettable countryside dining experience, this is not one to miss.

A full farm-to-fire menu will be revealed soon, championing nose-to-tail cuts and locally grown, seasonal veg:

Amouse Bouche - Grilled Heart Skewers
Starter - Bone Marrow Flat Breads and Smoked Tomato Dip
Main - Belmont Rump Steak, Big Nath's Famous Belmont Brisket, Belmont Chuck Burgers & Summer Salads
Dessert - Summer Berry Trifle 

Key Information

• Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to cater for vegans.
• This is an outdoor dining experience, held in the heart of our rewilding project. Please check the weather forecast in advance and dress appropriately.
• We’ll be dining under a tent cover at Belmont, so the event will go ahead rain or shine.

About Feasts

Feasts is a new series of seasonal food events at Belmont’s Watercress Farm Barns. It will bring together exceptional chefs, local producers, and our rewilded landscapes to explore what truly sustainable dining looks (and tastes) like.

Each feast is a celebration of nature, flavour, and connection, rooted in our belief that food should nourish both people and planet.
